Payment Policy

DMV Impact offers 2 payment options to accommodate families. Parents may choose to pay the entire season’s dues up front or choose to have installments auto-billed with a deposit of half the player dues upfront. Parents are responsible for the full season’s dues regardless of which option they choose prior to the first tournament in March of each year.  This must be set up within 24 hours of a player’s acceptance of their spot on a team. All payments are made through our secure online registration website.  Cash and check are not accepted.

Late Payment Policy

Accounts are considered late one week after the installment is due and will be charged an additional $25 late fee. Players with an outstanding balance will not be allowed to receive a uniform, be rostered or compete until paid in full.

Refund Policy

DMV Impact has a strict no refund policy once a player registers for our basketball  program, there will be no refunds provided under any circumstances should the player choose to leave their DMV Impact team. Your acceptance of a place on this team is an opportunity many others would like to have and all team fees are calculated on a per player basis. Therefore, you are expected to take financial responsibility for any monies owed to the team prior to your departure.  No refunds of any type will be given should you choose to break your commitment to the team. This includes corporate and/or individual donations and funds raised. Donations given to individuals are for the purpose of covering expenses while that player is on the team.

If the player leaves the team, no monies paid, donated, or raised will be refunded.

Insurance Policy

All club members are required to have accidental/medical insurance that will cover them in the event of injury or illness.

Fundraising

DMV Impact will fundraise to offset some of the player fees.  As a member of a team, every player is expected to volunteer and participate in any fundraising activity.

Individual, or "family-account" based, fundraising is restricted because it can violate nonprofit tax laws, specifically regarding private inurement.
